Companies are making efforts, but there's a gap in understanding what to do. Typically, many choose to support large charitable organizations like Greenpeace, The Cancer Council, or World Vision by making substantial donations, displaying logos on their websites, and considering the task complete. The issue lies in the disconnect between these actions and what truly matters to their employees. The focus should shift towards individual employees and the specific challenges they face. How does the company provide support tailored to their needs?
